MIPSS Online Enrollment Procedures

For Old Students

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 PARENT/STUDENT ACCOUNT LOG-IN

  1. Go to mipss.edu.ph and click Student Information System LOGIN > Student.
  2. Enter your Student ID Number (format: XX-XXXXXX), e.g., 22-647774.
  3. Enter your password: the student’s birthdate in YYYY-MM-DD format, e.g., 1984-10-29.
  4. Click or tap Enlistment.
  5. Update your information (e.g., address, contact number, grade level).
    Please use a personal email — do not use the student's mipss.edu.ph email account.
  6. Select your Learning Modality.
  7. Scroll down to Finance Breakdown.
  8. Select Mode of Payment.
  9. Click Submit Enlistment.

Note: Please change your password after logging in.

🏦 PAYMENT

  1. Pay via bank transfer:
Account Name: MARY IMMACULATE PARISH SPECIAL SCHOOL
Account Number: 1541000794
  1. Once payment is made, scan or photograph your proof of payment.
  2. Go to the Tuition Menu, click or tap Browse, select your image file, then click or tap Upload Proof of Payment and click Submit.
  3. Wait for SMS (text) or email confirmation, or log in to your Student Information System (SIS) account to check your enrollment status.
    Updates are usually posted within 3 working days.

The official receipt will be released by MIPSS Inc.
